Day 1; Pick up and drive to Lake Manyara national park

Before beginning your 5 Day  Self drive  wildlife Safaris in Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara  in the Serengeti, your guide will collect you from your Arusha accommodation. Your adventure into the woods will begin as you make your way to Lake Manyara National Park. The unusual tree-climbing lions, varied landscapes, and big elephant herds make this national park famous. Lake Manyara, another popular feature of the park, occupies a large portion of the park as well.

Before checking into your lodge for lunch and a day of seeing Lake Manyara National Park, you’ll stop in Mto wa mbu town, where you may meet locals and peruse their arts and crafts. Following lunch, you will go on a game drive in the hopes of seeing various animals, including antelopes, lions, leopards, buffalo, waterbucks, baboons, monkeys, and more. Your game drive will end with a return to Twiga Lodge for dinner and the night.

Day 2; Drive to Serengeti national park

As you have breakfast at your lodge, get ready to be transferred to Serengeti National Park. Once there, you can see more wildlife as you explore the boundless savannah plains, looking for animals like the big five—elephants, rhinos, lions, leopards, and buffalos. Before your afternoon wildlife drive, you will eat lunch at your national park lodge.

While traveling through Serengeti National Park, you can see a wide variety of animals, including zebras, antelopes, gazelles, impalas, giraffes, hippos, cheetahs, hyenas, and dik diks. You will have dinner at your lodge and spend the night at one of the many Osinon camps or lodges after your afternoon game drive.

Day 3; Full day in Serengeti national park

Before setting out on your morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park, you will have breakfast at your lodge. As you travel through the savannah plains in pursuit of the national park, keep an eye out for a wide variety of animals, including gazelles, waterbucks, kudu, dik dik, cheetahs, giraffes, impalas, and hyenas. In the Serengeti National Park, following your morning game drive, you will enjoy lunch.

After lunch, you’ll go on another game drive into Tanzania’s oldest national park, where you can see a variety of animals. The Serengeti National Park is home to more than 4,000 lions and countless other types of wildlife, and visitors may take in the breathtaking scenery while exploring the park. Just like the previous day, you will have dinner at your lodge and spend the night at an Osinon camp or lodge.

Day 4; Drive to Ngorongoro conservation area

After a hearty breakfast at your Serengeti lodge on the fourth day of your five-day wildlife safari, you’ll hit the road to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. While on safari, you may expect to encounter animals like rhinoceros, elephants, lions, leopards, buffalo, and the largest dormant caldera in the world at Ngorongoro crater. On your wildlife drive, you’ll get to descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro crater and take in the breathtaking scenery.

While on a wildlife drive through the Ngorongoro crater, you may spot hippos and flamingos by the lakeside of Lake Magadi. On a safari, you can see a wide variety of animals in the crater, including leopards, lions, zebras, impalas, gazelles, warthogs, waterbucks, elands, and cheetahs. Hhando Coffee Lodge will be your supper and overnight destination.

Day 4: go to Arusha

Your 5-day Serengeti wildlife safari will come to a close after breakfast at the resort. Your guide will drive you back to Arusha and drop you off at your hotel or the airport.
